Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP) is a U.S. Space Force program managed by Space Systems Command’s Assured Access to Space (AATS) organization. RSLP provides responsive space and research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) launch support to the DoD and other government agencies using commercial launch systems and excess ballistic missile assets.
