What is the Guardian Resilience Team:
Guardian Resilience Teams: (GRT) operationalize HHA and consist of multidisciplinary subject matter experts embedded with Guardians where they work. HHA is built on principles of the Guardian Ideal such as innovation, integrated resilience, year-round fitness, and movement throughout the day.


Mission: 
Holistic Health Approach (HHA) is an innovative, science-based approach to health and resilience that emphasizes all eight domains of Total Force Fitness: social, physical, financial, spiritual, preventive care, environmental, nutritional, and psychological.

Vision:
HHA builds skills to promote shared protective factors and optimize overall health, increase positive behaviors, and maintain a higher level of individual and unit readiness across all levels of influence.
