Dr. Paul T. Stearns, director, diversity and inclusion, Space Base Delta 3, prepares for the new Diversity and Inclusion Program that begins in March. The program helps to develop and maintain comprehensive initiatives grounded upon mutual respect among all personnel. To facilitate these goals, this new program will leverage the diverse talents and perspectives of all Airmen and Guardians This office will take the lead in identifying and changing policies and procedures, removing barriers, and other practices that may have an unfair effect on underrepresented populations.
