Welcome to the Los Angeles Air Force Base Retiree Activities Office! This information is intended for use by all retired military personnel of the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard residing within the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area served by this RAO.

The RAO is an advisory function manned by volunteers and is a focal point for providing information and guidance to military retirees of all services, their family members and/or survivors. Our mission is to provide a continuous update of information helpful to retirees who reside in our assigned area of responsibility. RAO mobilizes retirees and provides volunteer assistance to active duty organizations that require such help.

We also provide assistance to those retirees in need by providing volunteers capable of responding to questions posed by retirees and their dependents on a daily basis. Retirees with questions regarding identification cards should call ID Card Customer Support at (310) 653-6556 or (310) 653-5114. Retirees must schedule an appointment to verify information needed to process ID requests.
