U.S. Air Force Special Operations recruiters will be here April 28 to meet with and educate male and female enlisted and officer Airmen interested in cross training into Special Tactics.

The recruiters are looking for motivated Airmen interested in Combat Control, Tactical Air Control Party, Special Operations Weather, Pararescue, Special Tactics Officer and Combat Rescue Officer career fields, and who are prepared to dedicate themselves to the Special Tactics mission of integrating air and ground forces for mission success.

Special Tactics Airmen are the Air Force's ground special operations force, enabling air power on the special operations battlefield and mission sets. They are some of the U.S. military's highest trained individuals, often qualified in military freefall, Airborne static line, combat dive, heavy weapons and tactical maneuvers to integrate with U.S. Navy SEALs, U.S Army Rangers and other special operations forces.

If you are interested in the Special Tactics career field or if you are a supervisor with Airmen who are interested, please attend one of two information sessions at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. in Bldg. 272, Room 208.
