Q: How long have you served in/with the military?

Morgan: I entered the Air Force in Sept 2000, so I’m working on my 23rd year.

Q. What influenced you to join the USAF/USSF or work for the military?

Morgan: I was in Civil Air Patrol as a little human and I loved the friends I met in that program. I felt like a natural fit to go into the Air Force. I wanted to travel the world and see all the things and the AF provided that opportunity.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your position at LAAFB?

Morgan: I absolutely love the people, each day I have an opportunity to connect with incredible people and to learn something new.

Q. What advice do you have for women in the military?

Morgan: Be yourself, trust the tools the military gives you to be successful and know that leadership styles come in all different forms and what works for someone else may not work for you, just be yourself.

Q: If you could go back in time and talk to your younger self, what advice would you give her?

Morgan: I would tell my younger self, it’s okay to make mistakes and that those mistakes don’t define who you are but rather give you an opportunity to learn and to become a better version of yourself.

Q: What are your hobbies?

Morgan: I like to cook, eat great food and to spend time with my family.
