Chief Master Sergeant Jacqueline Sauvé

Chief Master Sergeant Jacqueline Sauvé is the Senior Enlisted Leader, Space Systems Command (SSC), Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif. In this capacity, Chief Sauvé serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader to the SSC Commander where she advises on all matters of professional development, work force utilization, military readiness, morale, welfare, and mission effectiveness of over 15,000 personnel assigned to 20+ geographically dispersed units.

Chief Sauvé enlisted in the Army in August 2003 where she initially served as a Human Resource Specialist and later reclassified as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst. She has served in leadership positions at company, battalion, division, corps, echelons above corps and Space Staff, as well as joint and multi-national duties in United States Central Command. Chief Sauvé has deployed in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and INHERENT RESOLVE as well as provided humanitarian support during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Chief Sauvé transferred to the Space Force in March 2022.

Prior to her current assignment she served as Sr. Advisor to the Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force working at the United States Space Force Headquarters, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. She collaborated across the Department of Defense in support of USSF priorities and provided recommendations on enlisted force development, talent management and overall readiness of 16,000 Guardians.
