Johnny Grant Tribute
Col Nannette Benitez, 61st Mission Support Group commander, met actor Eric Estrada at a tribute to Johnny Grant held at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, March 6. Grant passed away Jan. 9 at the age of 84. His friends and Hollywood stars reminisced about his life as the Honorary Mayor of Hollywood, a retired major general in the California State Military Reserve, and regular USO entertainer and emcee. A number of Airmen from Los Angeles AFB help send Grant off on his last USO tour in December 2007. (Photo by Joe Juarez)
