LOS ANGELES AFB, Calif. -- Congratulations to Senior Airman Jaydin Borromeo — Space Base Delta 3’s August Knight of the Month.
Serving as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET), his oversight guarantees that one hundred percent of the medical devices at LAAFB meet strict safety standards, ensuring both Guardians and Joint service members get the care they need for maximum readiness. The LAAFB BMET shop not only services LAAFB, but also services the Los Angeles/Long Beach Coast Guard base and maintain the defibrillator pad program.
Both his father and uncle are in the Air Force and have played a big role in where he is today. When he isn’t ensuring the readiness of Guardians and Joint service members, Borromeo enjoys hiking, bouldering and collecting stickers/magnets from national parks, and hopes to collect them all.
