However, supporting mental wellness is not just reserved for May. LAAFB continues focusing on readiness as we prepare for Resilience Day on June 4, 2025. The 61st Force Support Squadron, Integrated Resilience Office hosts Resilience Day annually, dedicating a day for the LAAFB workforce to focus on mental wellness, resilience, and personal growth. A variety of courses and activities are offered throughout the day that are designed to enhance resilience and well-being. This year, classes on Yoga and Intro to Self-Defense will return along with a few new classes, like “Riding the change Wave” hosted by EAP.
