New GPSW Commander
Colonel David W. Madden will assume command of SMC's Global Positioning Systems Wing, June 18. He is currently the wing's vice commander. The Global Positioning Systems Wing is responsible for developing and producing GPS satellites, ground systems, and military user equipment for military and civilian users worldwide.
