SMC Diversity Day
Personnel learn about Native American culture at the North American tent during the Space and Missile Systems Center’s first diversity celebration in the Schriever Space Complex courtyard, Aug. 4. The organizers, entertainment and educational displays were all inclusive of a primarily volunteer effort. Displays, personal samples, artifacts, books, educational and informational materials and multi-media from six major continents were showcased.The day will allowed SMC an opportunity to continue to build positive relationships among Airmen (both military and civilian) and those from surrounding communities.
