Proclamation Ceremony Kicks Off Air Force Week in LA

Air Force Week kicked off with a proclamation ceremony at Hollywood & Highland Center, Nov. 14. An Air Force Honor Guard drill demonstration, U.S. Air Force Band of the Golden West performance, an aerial review and Today’s Airmen were featured at the event. Air Force Space Command Commander Gen. C. Robert Kehler was the keynote speaker. Aerial flyovers, military band concerts and Air Force-themed film festivals are planned during the week-long extravaganza showcasing the U.S. Air Force, its people and their mission.
