Chief Master Sergeant Lisa R. Arnold is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Los Angeles AFB, California. In this capacity, Chief Arnold serves as the senior enlisted leader to the SMC Commander. She advises and collaborates with the SMC Commander on all matters of professional development, work force utilization, military readiness, morale, welfare, and mission effectiveness of over 6000 personnel assigned to three stateside locations.

Chief Arnold entered the Air Force in November 1993. Her background includes various duties in radio operations, information management, protocol, professional military education, and knowledge operations. She has been stationed at locations in Illinois, United Kingdom, Ohio, Virginia, Hawaii, Maryland, Honduras, and the Azores. Chief Arnold has deployed in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, FREEDOM’S SENTINEL and NATO’s RESOLUTE SUPPORT mission.
