USSF, SMC launches sounding rocket for AFRL experiment

A Terrier-Terrier-Oriole sounding rocket, carrying an experimental research payload for the Air Force Research Laboratory, launches from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility on Wallops Island, Va., March 3, 2021. The TTO sounding rocket vehicle will place the AFRL research payload onto a preplanned suborbital trajectory.
