Memorial Day 2008
Lt. Col. Brett Scrum, 61st Contracting Squadron commander, delivered a Memorial Day speech in Paramount, May 26. Members of the Paramount City Council and the Paramount Elks Lodge, as well as approximately 75 guests attended the event.
