Goddard Dinner Awards
Col. Donald Robbins, Military Satellite Communications Wing, accepts the National Space Club’s Nelson P. Jackson Award for outstanding contributions by the Wideband Global SATCOM System team. The team was cited for outstanding dedication, ingenuity and technical excellence in the design, development and initial operations of the first transformational satellite constellation that provides wideband communications to U.S. and allied forces.
