Congressional Gold Medal Presented
Lieutenant Gen. Ellen Pawlikowski, SMC commander, presents a replica of the Congressional Gold Medal to Torrance resident and Tuskegee Airman Walter Crenshaw at the Torrance City Council meeting, July 24.
