Anouncement: Douglas St. Gate Closed for Scheduled Maintenance, Aug. 30 Published Aug. 21, 2013 LOS ANGELES AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The Douglas Street Gate will be closed on Friday, Aug. 30 from 6:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. for scheduled maintenance. Both inbound and outbound lanes will be closed; however, pedestrian traffic will not be affected. The Aviation Street Gate will be open during the closure. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the safety and reliability of the main gate area.
