Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif. -- CBS/60 Minutes correspondent Dave Martin interviews Brig. Gen. Bill Cooley, director of the GPS directorate for the Space and Missile Systems Center. While in Los Angeles, 60 minutes also toured the Boeing facility where the GPS satellites are built.
