Greatest achievement: Completing an MBA in 1 year. Commander's Comments: "Kaleigh is rapidly re-defining the bar for superior performer in MCZ and a great example for this nomination! She joined MCZX in September 2015 working as the newest three captains in the Space segment. Today, with one PCAed and one at SOS she is filling all 3 roles and training a new Capt. She jumped at the opportunity to lead a $1.3 billion SECDEF-Directed spacecraft through assembly, integration and test. This is one of the hardest Captain jobs in my handpick Division and is a cornerstone in the Space Segment. On top of that, she has received praise of her efforts from multiple contractor organizations. In Kaleigh's previous experience with logistics she excelled supporting SBIRS, missile warning, and communication systems, earning a CGO quarter award. In her last OPR she was ranked 3 out of 23 and hit the ground running in MCZ. Kaleigh's military standards are impeccable; she is an outstanding officer, setting a fantastic example, and a great candidate to be recognized at the SMC level.
