POW/MIA Torch Relay and Ceremony
Runners pass by the power plant and beach in El Segundo on the way to Los Angeles AFB during the 24-hour POW-MIA relay, Sept. 16. Runners traveled 21 miles from Fort MacArthur in San Pedro to Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo. The relay lasted 24-hours with personnel running through the night around the base's track.
